1. Due to Health & Hygiene Standards

For the safety and health of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been dispatched—unless it falls under the exceptions listed below.


2. Custom & Personalized Orders

All of our dolls are crafted to meet the specific preferences of each customer. As such, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are uniquely made and cannot be resold.


3. Exceptions – We’re Here to Help

We understand that unexpected issues may arise. In rare but valid circumstances, we may accept returns under the following conditions:

Product Defects or Shipping Errors

While we perform thorough quality checks, issues may occasionally occur during shipping.
To ensure we can best support you:

  • Record a full unboxing video when opening your package.
  • Email us immediately at myfantasydolls@yahoo.com if you notice any damage, defect, or delivery mistake.

Special Circumstances

For unopened or unused products, we may review return requests on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us with your reason and details. Kindly note:

  • All returns must be pre-approved.
  • Any attempts at fraudulent claims will result in permanent blacklisting.

4. Return & Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 5 business days if the product meets the return criteria.
